Abingdon Studios currently offers a shared studio space in support of Final Year BA(hons) students through to graduation; in order to support their Professional Placement Practice Module- a crucial stage in their artistic development and decision making as artists.
Abingdon Studios is in partnership with Blackpool & Fylde College and School of Creative Arts in order to offer the studio as an ongoing opportunity for student artists to experience working in context amongst emerging Blackpool based artists, whilst being able to engage and liaise with a new network of creative practitioners.
The space has been dedicated to Graduating studients since late 2015?and afford up to 6 weeks for artists to continue to develop work post study.
